If you are not satisfied with a UAE Data subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

## How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at hello@evoost.ai with the email used for your purchase and we will arrange it.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
