# UAE Data pricing

## Plans

- **Free** (free): 1,000 requests/month, 30 requests/minute. Includes: account, catalog, search, listing_detail, market_overview, area_leaderboard, registry, map.
- **Starter** ($49/month): 20,000 requests/month, 60 requests/minute. Includes: account, catalog, search, listing_detail, market_overview, area_leaderboard, registry, map, price_trends, market_stats, yields, offplan.
- **Pro** ($199/month): 150,000 requests/month, 120 requests/minute. Includes: account, catalog, search, listing_detail, market_overview, area_leaderboard, registry, map, price_trends, market_stats, yields, offplan, listing_history, listing_agents, opportunities, benchmark, forecast, price_cuts, export.
- **Enterprise** (custom pricing): unlimited monthly requests, 600 requests/minute. Includes: account, catalog, search, listing_detail, market_overview, area_leaderboard, registry, map, price_trends, market_stats, yields, offplan, listing_history, listing_agents, opportunities, benchmark, forecast, price_cuts, export, quality.

## Limits

- Every key has a per-minute rate limit (HTTP 429 `rate_limited` with `retry-after`) and a monthly quota (HTTP 429 `quota_exceeded`).
- Endpoints outside your plan return HTTP 403 `plan_upgrade_required` with the `required_plan`.
- Upgrades apply as soon as payment is confirmed; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period.
