# About UAE Data

UAE Data turns the fragmented Dubai and Abu Dhabi property market into one clean, queryable dataset. Developers, analysts, funds and AI agents use it to search listings, compare rental yields, benchmark asking prices, follow price trends and evaluate off-plan projects without building and maintaining their own scrapers.

We collect listings from major UAE property portals and developer sites, together with official Dubai Land Department open data. Every record is normalised, de-duplicated across sources and quality-scored before it reaches the API, and analytics report their sample sizes and confidence so you can tell a strong signal from a thin one.

The platform runs on Cloudflare's global network. The same data powers the REST API, the web dashboard and an MCP server, so your applications, your analysts and your AI agents always see the same numbers.
